About the Role Join to apply for the Senior quality Advisor role at Subsea7 5 days ago – Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Focal point for QA/QC matters, providing a support function to project management, ensuring they have adequate resources and QA/QC input. Ensuring the implementation, compliance and alignment of all quality programs, policies, processes, and procedures within the allocated packages/projects. Quality risk assessment, documentation review, inspection management including QC budget tracking and resource forecasting, performance monitoring and reporting, interface with internal and external parties for quality related topics, supporting package/project until close‑out with final documentation, supplier performance rating and Lesson Learned process. Supporting risk‑based audit process and responsible for audit execution. Managing non‑conformities and verifying effective implementation of solutions to prevent recurrence. Working in conjunction with Supply Chain Management (at project and category level), Engineering and Fabrication to assess, manage and develop suppliers’ quality aspects, ensuring that quality requirements are well defined, understood and implemented by suppliers. Ensuring the Central quality function capitalizes from Lessons Learned and provides support in accordance with best practice. Driving and delivering quality awareness within projects and suppliers (Workshops, talking points, trainings, etc.). Contributing to resources development and mentoring to meet business needs. Supporting and promoting our commitments to Safety and Environment. Experience & Qualifications Experience in the subsea, offshore or a related industry. Broad depth of Supplier Quality Management knowledge including inspection coordination and NCR management (technical quality capability). Good level of general education required, preferably supported by a diploma/degree in Engineering or Quality Management. Broad understanding of subsea products and welding works (structural and piping). Working experience with in‑country fabrication yards (various regions) is a plus. Available to travel both domestically and internationally (onshore) up to 70 % of the time; Egypt being one of the main travel destinations. Auditor competency, ideally demonstrated by certified lead auditor qualification and experience. Experience working in international, fast‑paced projects.
