Main Responsibilities 1. Business Development (approx. 60%) Once you are familiar with our values, methodology, and service offering, you will take ownership of developing our commercial presence across the Benelux region : Actively contribute to defining the commercial strategy for the Benelux market by identifying growth opportunities and potential client companies. Identify key decision‑makers and initiate contact to present Luxe Talent’s recruitment services. Negotiate commercial agreements in a transparent, fair and mutually beneficial manner. Build and nurture long‑term partnerships based on trust, communication and professionalism. Represent and promote the Luxe Talent brand across the region to strengthen market visibility and enhance the attractiveness of our services. Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between business development and ongoing searches. 2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (approx. 40%) You will also contribute to recruitment processes for roles in the Luxury, Fashion and Retail industries : Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle: talent sourcing, interviews, candidate briefings, and client shortlists. Gain an in-depth understanding of client expectations and company culture to ensure qualitative, tailored recruitment. Maintain regular communication with candidates, ensuring a positive and transparent candidate experience. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in either Retail (Store Management, Area Management, Sales, Training, etc.) or in Recruitment (agency or in-house). A genuine passion for the Retail, Fashion or Luxury sectors. Fluency in Dutch is absolutely essential. Professional proficiency in English; French and / or Spanish is a plus. Motivated by challenges and business growth. Autonomous, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with an international team.
