BALDAN, a European leader in the beauty and aesthetic medical industry with over 280 representatives across Europe, is expanding into France. We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to lead our commercial development and drive growth in the French market. Main Responsibilities: Lead and support local sales representatives, ensuring performance and customer satisfaction. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow BALDAN’s presence in France. Build and manage strong relationships with beauty and medical clinics, pharmacies, wellness centers, dermatologists and dentists, Identify new business opportunities and market trends to strengthen our position. Monitor sales results and oversee post-sales service quality. Requirements: Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the beauty industry - particularly in medical aesthetics and aesthetic devices. At least 4 years of field sales experience (an existing network in the French market is a plus). Fluent in French and English. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Independent, results-oriented, and open to remote work. What We Offer: Competitive compensation with base salary + performance commissions.
