Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Ops AI Platform Join us at Alan to build a cutting‑edge AI platform that enables our Ops team to create, evolve, and monitor autonomous AI agents, automating thousands of repetitive operational tasks. What You'll Work On You’ll work at the intersection of product engineering and ML engineering, building robust, safe, and scalable AI agents that integrate with internal tools and deliver real business value. Integrate agents into internal tools – build UIs where Ops can monitor AI agents, view reasoning, actions, and give follow‑up instructions. Empower non‑technical users – enable ops staff to create, test, replay, and evaluate agents with minimal technical skills. Build a comprehensive toolset – connect AI agents to internal data, external servers, and web dashboards. Safety & accuracy – robust testing, stateful evaluation, progressive rollout, and fine‑grained permissions. Responsibilities Work on frontier LLMs, tool calling, human‑in‑the‑loop, multi‑agent architectures and deploy features to production. Implement new capabilities and tooling that make Ops autonomous in agent creation, evolution and monitoring. Scale the system from a few dozen to tens of thousands of automated tasks per day. Influence system architecture and maintain high code quality. Mentor engineers, contribute to product & engineering culture, and help build the team (including hiring). Qualifications 3+ years of product‑engineer experience with a strong background in full‑stack software engineering and systems architecture. Experience with traditional ML, LLMs, or ML DevOps is a big plus. Product‑mindset: solutions should be usable and impactful. Self‑directed, pragmatic, humble, and eager to grow. Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching. Fluent in English (no French required). Perks & Benefits Fair rewards – generous equity packages complement base salary.
