We are seeking a Process Acceleration Specialist to drive rapid implementation of process and equipment upgrades across our gigafactory operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive international network, multilingual communication skills, and expertise in project management to ensure swift adoption of innovative solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and reliability. Key responsibilities Process and Equipment Upgrades Lead and accelerate the deployment of new processes and equipment upgrades at the gigafactory level, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency Identify and implement global best practices, leveraging insights from an international network Duplicate changes from machine to machine and line to line Redefine process baseline parameters after each change implemented Train operators how to drive newest equipment Collaboration, Networking and Technical Communication Utilize a robust international network of suppliers, technical experts, and industry stakeholders to source cutting‑edge equipment and process innovations Facilitate seamless collaboration between cross‑functional teams and global partners to ensure alignment and rapid decision‑making Translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans for implementation teams Ensure all process changes and equipment upgrades comply with regulatory standards and company policies Project Management Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of process improvement projects, ensuring milestones are met within tight deadlines Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring clarity and alignment at all project phases Continuous Improvement Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and proposing scalable, innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented upgrades to ensure sustained benefits Qualifications Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field Proven experience in manufacturing acceleration Strong international network of suppliers, technical experts, and industry stakeholders Exceptional communication skills in Chinese, French, and English, with the ability to liaise effectively across cultures and languages Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross‑border projects within tight deadlines Familiarity with European manufacturing standards and compliance requirements Background in industrial operations, automotive, or gigafactory environments is a plus Rémunération & Avantages Salaire fixe : 37k–42k € brut annuel Some of our assets: A production site 30 minutes from Lille, connected to Paris, Bruxelles and London by highways and TGV, equipped with cutting‑edge technologies, in an international environment and surrounded by green spaces.
