We’re looking for driven, ambitious talents to join us and keep pushing the boundaries of space technology What we are looking for We are searching for a passionate and skilled software engineer, who wants to work in, and gain experience with, Quality Assurance (QA). At Leanspace we are automating all our API and UI tests, using a modern technology stack. The focus of this role is therefore firmly on software engineering and automation, to implement QA. You will be responsible for the QA within a cross‑functional squad, working alongside full stack engineers, DevOps, and a product owner, to evolve one aspect of our product. The squad will both implement rapid prototyping of new services for clients, as well as maintain existing services. Your job is to be the QA responsible within the team. You will support the team in reaching our ambitious target for test automation, and develop automated tests. You will help the rest of the team improve the overall quality, being an active part of all aspects of the development. You will also be part of the QA chapter, exchanging lessons learned and developing ideas for cross‑squad QA improvements with fellow QA people working in other squads. this ensures you have a solid framework to learn QA methods and concepts. Your profile 4+ years experience in quality assurance A good understanding of automated REST API testing using tools like Postman and Swagger A good understanding of UI automation using Playwright Experience in working effectively within Agile Scrum teams to ensure timely and high‑quality deliverables Good written and spoken English Experience working with automated testing of APIs Experience with performance testing methodologies and tools (k6) Exposure to or interest in the space sector and understanding of the challenges in space missions Worked with cloud‑based microservices architectures and contributed to testing efforts Utilize code and bug management tools, including Git and Jira Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD like Gitlab CI Experience in checking logs using tools like New Relic Familiarity with no‑SQL databases Why You Will Love Working With Us You will play a key role in an exciting, international scale‑up.
