For over 30 years, we have been defining the French culture of design, creating innovative shopping experiences that emphasize elegance, innovation, and freedom of expression across various retail sectors including hotels, restaurants, spas, cosmetics, jewelry, department stores, shopping centers, mass distribution, food & beverage, and travel retail.We are seeking a Design Manager to lead creative concepts, manage and present luxury hospitality design projects. You will ensure the quality of work, uphold the agency’s image, and meet all project requirements. The role involves managing multiple projects from conception to delivery, acting as the driving force behind team progress.Responsibilities include:Managing multiple projects from design to deliveryEnsuring the quality of creative outputLeading client meetings, briefings, and presentationsDeveloping strategies and concepts based on client briefsConsolidating ideas and driving creative project directionSupporting and guiding your team throughout the design processManaging project budgets, resources, deliverables, and schedulesCollaborating with the Account Manager to ensure project profitabilityManaging a creative team of junior to senior designers, 3D designers, architects, and art directorsRecruiting, training, and developing team membersContributing to the commercial growth of the agencyCandidate qualities and requirements:Master’s degree in Design, Interior Design, or Architecture5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role within a creative or interior design agencyCharismatic, innovative, and passionate about luxury and hospitalityStrong knowledge of industry trends, new concepts, and worldwide design innovationsExperience managing client relations and securing project buy-inProven team management skills, motivating teams to achieve their creative bestBilingual in English; additional languages are an assetExcellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to defend ideas confidentlyPlease attach a portfolio for review.
