Global‑First Product Development In 2024 we merged country‑specific codebases into global, configurable modules. The Global Architecture team enables global features and simplifies data models across markets. Mission Design Cross‑Cutting Modules: transform country‑specific implementations into elegant global components. Remove Technical Blockers: eliminate the need for team‑specific workarounds. Orchestrate Data Transformations: harmonize different countries’ data models while preserving local flexibility. What We’re Looking For Code writing and maintenance expertise; we design and implement together. Experience with complex, multi‑domain systems. Knowledge of architectural patterns and trade‑offs. Skill in spotting technical obstacles and designing solutions that free multiple teams. Ideal Candidate Profile 5+ years of experience as a problem‑solver engineer. Comfort working on high‑impact, high‑risk projects involving many engineers. Ability to mentor other engineers and lead crews. Experience shaping hiring processes and improving assessment methods. Well‑versed in OOP (Python, Java, C#) and enthusiastic about modern JavaScript. Willing to work with Python/JavaScript. Passionate about building products, self‑starting, and entrepreneurial.
