OverviewGlobal Pharma Partner - Senior Account Executive Life SciencesResponsibilities and requirements follow the original description, reorganized for clarity and readability.ResponsibilitiesOrchestrate end-to-end sales cycle within Mid-Market & Enterprise accounts across the Life Sciences Industry (prospection, nurturing, closing, renewal, upsell), bringing the right resources at the right timeNavigate complex organizations with various functions, be identified as a key strategic partner by each functionDistribute & tailor various offers (CRS, PSP, RWE) to very specific needs of each accountYour daily responsibilities & routine:Generating new business opportunitiesSourcing and qualifying leads to generate new business opportunitiesDeveloping a plan for your perimeter that includes pro-active and consistent new business generationRunning a high-performance end-to-end sales processPerforming in-depth discovery processes with prospective clients to understand their key pain points and business objectivesDrive the value proposition and messaging throughout the sales process, from discovery, demo through proposalCollaborate with Solutions Engineers to demonstrate Resilience’s value proposition to prospective clientsCollaborate with internal teams to present a tailored proposal and run negotiations and contracting processes with the clientDeveloping strategic and high-value enterprise accountsStakeholder mapping & Value propositionsKey performance indicators, goals and objectivesSupporting the Operations team to delivering against account KPIsGrowing, monitoring and analyzing performanceMonitoring sales activity and controlling pipeline against quotaManaging and evangelizing your own commercial customers, paying attention to up-sale opportunitiesAttending conferences and events to network and keeping up-to-date with industry trends to engage customersAnalyzing performance and delivering insights to leadershipYour TeamGabriel (Solutions Engineer) joined Resilience after +3 years as a HealthTech investor.
