Reporting to our Communications Director, the Social Media Manager will be an integral member of the Communications team. A strategic thinker who has demonstrated a developed understanding of the social media landscape based on a proven track record of managing communities within the sector. A team player who is passionate about social media and the way it connects communities. A committed team player who understands the complexities and constant state of progression in the social space ; who is always seeking out best practice examples, innovative approaches to social interaction and loves to create transformational experiences through social activations. As a Social Media Manager you will manage one in-house community manager as well as freelance content creators and creative agencies.WHAT YOU WILL DOPlatform management:Own the publishing, moderation, and ongoing engagement to relevant social platforms, in alignment with global social media standards and guidelines.Ensure community management on mainly Instagram and Tiktok.Ensure all content is fully optimized across relevant channels via tagging, linking and rapidly implementing any new social media technology together with the Community Manager.For dedicated social media campaigns, conceptualize future launches, brief the assets to be produced, with the agency, service providers, or in-house.Follow the global launch plans around key stories and adapt content for the brand’s digital platforms then provide input to the marketing team on adjustments needed.Curate the markets’ content to ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality.Suggest and lead innovative and creative formats to ensure media assets best meet consumer expectations.Performance analysis & reporting:Analyze relevant metrics to measure the impact of social media activities and amend strategies based on learnings and patterns.Support the wider marketing team with reporting on social performance and share appropriate feedback from social followers with monthly reports.Regularly update and inform on new social media insights, trends, and competitor campaigns.Manage team meetings to share analytics, sentiment, and recommendations.Manage Byredo’s Social Media budget plan by implementing KPIs, and ad hoc action plans.Cross-functional coordination:Define media strategy and campaign implementation in collaboration with international and local marketing teams on their respective scopes.Support paid-media team on key roll-outs and dedicated content creation.Ensure full alignment with launches and animation campaigns scheduled.Managing key stakeholder relationships and institutional partnerships.Seek out and participate in relevant category conversations that are happening in the social media space – flag for opportunities for further engagement and interaction.Copywriting of global posts and coordination with Digital, PR and Campaign Leads for campaign maximization.Your key interlocutors for all of the above:Internal:PR & InflunceEventsMarketingCreative Studio (based in Stockholm)Customer ServiceExternal:Creative Agencies and service providers.Freelance content creators.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBERYou are ready to challenge the traditional ways of doing.Your interpersonal and analytical skills, along with a solid sense of rigor and work ethic, will pave the road to success in this job.You are goals-oriented with a clear understanding of social metrics, and how to interpret data into actionable insights and learnings.You are a team player, agile, with the ability to be reactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment.You are a natural storyteller and visual communicator with good interpersonal/communication skills.WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING TO BYREDOYou have a proven experience a minimum of 5 years in social media as an interactive strategist, community manager, etc., ideally in the luxury sector (Fashion and/or Beauty).You are knowledgeable of social media platforms, including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Substack as well as a good grasp of major Asian social networks (WeChat, Weibo, LINE, Kakao, Little Red Book).You have a good understanding of the Byredo communities and target consumer.You have a great awareness of marketing campaign development and execution in the social space.You are fully fluent in English, French is a plusOUR COMMITMENT TO YOUWe will onboard you in our fantastic sensorial adventure.You will work in a flexible and agile working environment, surrounded by great people.We strongly encourage test & learn mindsets.You will be able to know your impact and measure your success.Although this role is based in our Paris office, it requires occasional traveling to different countries around the world.We look forward to your application #J-18808-Ljbffr
