**Job Description:****Essential Job Functions:*** Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing various sales cycle demands effectively.* Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support in the sales process.* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators.* Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.* Analyze market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies as needed.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring departmental alignment and synergy.* Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process.* Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to deal closings.**Work schedule:** hybrid working mode**Basic Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience* 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry* Wide experience with ServiceNow (Business development activities)* Client-facing business experience* Proven track record in sales and sales enablement* Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis* A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology* French + English speaker**Other Qualifications:*** Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus* Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plus* Pre-sales activities as nice to have skillAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
