Payroll Partner (France – Remote) Company: Veralto. Location: France (Remote). Employment type: Full-time. Seniority level: Entry level. As the Payroll Partner, you will be a key member of the HR Services team, responsible for managing payroll operations for France and supporting regional EMEA associates. Responsibilities Support Standard Work and manage assigned caseload of Tier 1 payroll requests, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are exceeded. Serve as point of contact for payroll inquiries from regional EMEA Associate Groups, focusing on France and providing support to other countries as needed. Manage the full payroll cycle: collect, validate, & input payroll-related data and ensure timely salary payments in compliance with statutory and collective regulations. Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate calculations and timely submissions of social security contributions, taxes, and other statutory requirements. Collaborate with HR and finance on monthly payroll activities by updating HRIS, and communicating hires, leavers, transfers, promotions, and organizational changes accurately and promptly. Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance and document procedures, and ensure internal controls are in place. Correspond with tax offices, health insurance companies, social security institutions, and other authorities. Process supplementary insurance and pension plans. Prepare regular payroll reports and statistics, issue certificates and forms, reconcile accounts with the financial accounting department, and prepare the annual financial statements. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of proven payroll experience. Deep knowledge of local labor, tax, and social security regulations in France; additional country-specific knowledge is welcomed. Experience working within multicultural, international teams, collaborating with Finance and HR business partners. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with strong collaboration skills (communication, tone, messaging, execution, planning, ownership). Problem‑solving and results‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in French and English; additional European languages welcomed.
