Associate Product Owner (apprentice) Join Equativ as an Associate Product Owner apprentice in our Product Management team. About the team The Product Management team consists of strategic thinkers and influencers focused on making innovation happen. Equativ is a product‑driven organization, and the team bridges business, design, and technical solutions. We gather end‑user needs, evaluate market trends, identify high‑value features, build actionable roadmaps, and drive development with engineering. Product Managers (PMs) and Product Owners (POs) deliver products that meet client needs, drive growth, and align with strategic objectives. Responsibilities Gather end‑user needs. Identify features that bring most value to clients. Build actionable roadmaps based on findings. Drive development of solutions with engineering. Train internal teams to adopt solutions. Analyze project impact; use data to measure usage and ROI. Ensure product quality and continuous improvement. Your missions as an apprentice Associate Product Owner Contribute to building best products in a complex B2B environment. Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, Designers, and Developers. Adopt a customer‑centric approach to identify and prioritize client needs. Run projects from discovery to delivery using agile methodologies. Leverage data to inform product decisions. Work closely with internal stakeholders (Business, Operations, Marketing, R&D). What we offer A challenging tech environment in a fast‑growing company. About you Studying Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field at Master level. Looking for an apprenticeship to validate your diploma. Willing to launch your career with a valuable first experience in Product Management. Strong analytical skills and methodology. Motivated to push ideas and projects end‑to‑end. Appetite for technology and software development. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Seeking a supportive learning environment.
