Electrical Specialist (Maintenance Fly Team) Assala Energy is a leading Oil and Gas Exploration and Production company with an operated asset base in Gabon. As we embark on our journey of continued growth, we are on the lookout for a highly talented Electrical Specialist to be a part of our vibrant team. Joining our dynamic Maintenance Fly team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth and secure functioning of our electrical installations across various locations, supporting our comprehensive asset portfolio. Responsibilities Replacing Electrical Supervisors during their absence and supervise electrical teams Troubleshooting and maintaining electrical equipment as per vendor specifications Mentoring and transferring skills to trainees, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices Providing technical leadership and analyzing day-to-day operational issues Preparing, organizing, and executing major maintenance activities Supporting the development of maintenance and reliability strategies Reviewing procedures for critical electrical equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation Collaborating with engineering to integrate reliability and maintainability best practices into new designs Participating in HAZOP/HAZID studies as required Ensuring compliance with Assala Energy's HSSE Management Standards in all production operations Promoting proactive HSSE behaviors and process safety management Driving ESG awareness and leading initiatives to meet company objectives regarding environmental impact Conducting studies and projects to optimize operational costs and enhance equipment reliability Monitoring process and equipment performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing changes Qualifications Hold a diploma of Engineering or equivalent Hold a postgraduate degree and specialized experience in the Oil & Gas industry or equivalent A minimum of 5 years experience in Oil and Gas operations and/or maintenance Proven track-record in technical management of operations and/or maintenance Knowledge of computer hardware and software, particularly in SAP, PI OSISOFT / PLC & ICSS is a plus Specific professional knowledge in industrial combustion gas turbines, power generator, centrifugal & reciprocating compressor, centrifugal & reciprocating pumps An open-minded individual, with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills Ability to confidently present and defend proposals, and provide innovative solutions Fluent in both English and French with excellent verbal and written communication skills Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Industries Get notified about new Electrical Specialist jobs in Paris, Île-de-France, France. #J-18808-Ljbffr
