Experienced C# / .NET Software Engineer. AI-Driven Development Practices Be among the first 25 applicants. You are an experienced C# / .NET developer. You have a strong interest in applying AI to software development. Not as a trend, but as a lever to design better, maintain better, and deliver better. Then what follows should resonate with you. Why this role exists I am hiring internally an experienced developer to strengthen a committed team working on a real product, with real technical and product challenges. The context is clear, the topics are solid, and there is real room to evolve development practices. How AI is used in practice AI is already part of the landscape. Tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent are integrated into developers’ daily work. The goal is not experimentation for its own sake, but to build useful, sustainable, and well-controlled usages. Main axes guiding the work Intelligently automate repetitive but structuring tasks Code structures Team patterns Comments Respect for decoupling and standards Support product design and evolution Continuous improvement of the existing codebase Help with stepping back and gaining perspective The final objective is simple.
