Teleperformance Spain - French Marketing Campaign SpecialistTeleperformance Spain is looking for a creative, data-driven French Marketing Campaign Specialist in Barcelona.What you will do:In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns, with the opportunity to significantly impact their business. It is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual targets and be part of a larger onboarding team.Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC Campaigns for customers.Detect and understand customer needs and objectives.Be responsible for increasing spend, upselling, and ensuring sustainability.Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.Requirements:BA / BS degree or equivalent (MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).1-2 years minimum experience in sales and/or online advertising.Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task targets, along with compliance and customer satisfaction goals.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching on the phone and composing proposals.Good time management and organizational skills.Strong analytical skills.Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and business ownership.Team player capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Native level of French and high level of English proficiency.Benefits:Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday).Salary: €22,785 gross/year plus up to €2,734 gross/year in bonuses.Hybrid working model in Barcelona.Referral Program: Bring a Friend and earn a referral fee (up to €2,000 depending on language/project).Relocation package including accommodation in a nice individual studio.Support with private health insurance.Three weeks of intensive training on products and sales techniques.Excellent work environment with social activities and personal development opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
