As a responsible corporate citizen, AXA is committed to social and environmental causes and to an inclusive policy that values individual differences.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesLead the evaluation of the technical performance of AXA’s Life & Savings inforce portfolios, conducting in-depth reviews, assessing quality, identifying technical issues and monitoring action plans.Provide expert technical support to subsidiaries, addressing local challenges and ensuring effective remedial actions.Drive technical excellence in inforce management across the Group, offering benchmarks, guidance notes, tools and training, and actively contributing to expert Group communities.Your ProfileAt least 10 years of experience in life, savings and investment products, preferably as an actuary and in an international context.Knowledge of product design, management, pricing methodologies and tools, and of solvency principles.IFRS and financial reporting knowledge.Strong transversal collaboration, high level of autonomy, and ability to convey complex issues in clear presentations.Why Join UsCommitment to people, customers and the planet.Strong values and support for internal mobility and training.Many benefits and a flexible hybrid working model. #J-18808-Ljbffr
