Your Role You will play a pivotal role in advancing our client's credit secondary advisory initiatives, leveraging your expertise within private debt and credit-related transactions. This position demands proactive engagement in structuring, underwriting, and advising on a diverse range of credit instruments. Key Skills Credit-Focused Expertise: Demonstrated experience in credit-focused roles, contributing to loan underwriting or providing advisory services for underwriting professionals. Underwriting Loans: Proven ability to assess and manage the processes involved in loan underwriting, ensuring sound financial decisions. Private Credit & Leveraged Finance Knowledge: Deep understanding of leveraged finance and private credit markets to facilitate informed advisory and transaction decisions. Secondary Advisory Experience: Ability to navigate complex secondary market investments and deliver tailored financial solutions.
