Automation PI Data Engineer page is loaded## Automation PI Data Engineerlocations: Toulousetime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JOB ID-12906**PI System Engineer/Data Engineer – MSAT MTS**The primary focus of this job is to Design, implement, and maintain Operational Intelligence (OI) solutions utilizing AVEVA PI System, in our flexible and reconfigurable cGMP manufacturing facility.The role is part of Toulouse **MSAT Manufacturing Technical Support** team. The team member will be responsible for maintaining the PI System and contributing to the usage of Manufacturing data in the objective of industrial performance and Operational excellence .**Responsibilities:*** Participate to the need definition with other stakeholders such as manufacturing, Process, IT….* Configure and administrate PI Sytem environments (PI Server, Asset Framework, Vision…).* Structure and contextualize data via Asset Framework (AF), Event Frames, PI Tag, etc…* Troubleshoot data quality and connectivity issues within OI environments to minimize operational disruption.* Conduct periodic assessments to identify and implement system performance improvements.* Develop and deploy dashboards to visualizing insightful operational data with PI Vision (or other tools such as Power BI).* Integrate and interface PI system with other IT/OT systems : DCS, SCADA, PLC, MES…* Technical support to operational teams (manufacturing, process, maintenance…).**Position Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering science, Automation, industrial IT or related program with 5+ years relevant experience* Proven Experience with Aveva PI system in industrial environment* Knowledge manufacturing operations in GMP environment would be appreciated* Good knowledge of Industrial automation architecture (SCADA, PLC, Historian…)* Understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC, Modbus, MQTT).* Experience in real-time data integration (PI Data Link, API, SQL…) and visualization (PI Vision, Power BI…)* Basis in data analytics and process control methodologies (SPC…)* Ability to organize, analyze/interpret, and effectively communicate data* Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and analytical approach to troubleshooting.* Authoring technical and quality documentation within GMP systems* Rigor and good documentation skills are expected* Good interpersonal, team, and collaborative skills are a must* Excellent oral and written communication skills* Verbal and written communications skills in both English and French------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------La principale mission de ce poste consiste à concevoir, mettre en œuvre et maintenir des solutions d'intelligence opérationnelle (OI) à l'aide du système AVEVA PI, dans notre usine de fabrication cGMP flexible et reconfigurable. Ce poste fait partie de l'équipe d'assistance technique de fabrication MSAT de Toulouse.
