Them come join us and measure the impact of your talent and energy in realizing an ambitious and sustainable company project #IWorkForAllForGood Key Missions and Tasks Design and Optimization of Procedures Drafting business procedures.Creating and optimizing maintenance plans and operating procedures.Classification of equipment. Management and Improvement of Maintenance Identifying tools necessary for maintenance operations.Supporting various departments in implementing continuous improvement approaches (DMAIC projects, 5S initiatives, rituals...).Leading maintenance method activities and contributing to innovation in maintenance (AI, predictive maintenance, new technologies) for better cost control.Upgrading the CMMS with the associated expert. Training and Support Training teams in continuous improvement tools (5S initiatives, GSTD 8D, 5 Whys...).Developing internal maintenance training modules.Providing on-the-ground support while focusing on analysis, methodology, and process implementation.Leading multidisciplinary work groups focused on problem resolution. Monitoring and Control Ensuring the follow-up of maintenance operations.Ensuring compliance with standards and legal provisions. Infrastructure and Equipment Management Improving the reliability of production facilities. Performance Indicators OEE / MTTR / MTBF Required Profiles An education level of BAC+2 to BAC+4 in industrial maintenance, maintenance methods, or technical assistance is required. You justify 5 years of experience in a maintenance method service in the process industry. Skills Motivation, leadership, and the ability to unite others are necessary qualities for success in this position. You have strong analytical abilities and interpersonal skills. You have a strong affinity for project management and a focus on formalization, structuring, and standardization. Proficiency in computer tools is also essential for this position. Previous managerial experience would be a plus. Frequency of Travel Occasional travel to our sites for benchmarking and cross-sharing of best practices.
