You will join a team that mostly focuses on companies from the Transport industry, interacting with everyone from HR executives to CEOs. This segment encompasses road freight, warehousing, last‑mile delivery, and express services. It represents approximately 1.2M employees in France across 220,000+ companies. Why is this Vertical interesting? Passionate team: Our 5‑person team is passionate about the sector we address, and the daily learnings from the field enhance this. Diverse workforce: Primarily mobile workers (drivers, couriers) alongside warehouse and administrative staff, with a multicultural workforce across Europe and strong reliance on itinerant personnel constantly on the road. Critical challenges: Severe driver shortage, low margins, high turnover, and extremely demanding physical conditions leading to serious health and safety risks. Company profiles: Market dominated by TPE/PME, traditionally not very tech‑savvy, spread throughout the country, with limited digitalization but gradual evolution toward digital transformation. HR priorities: Attraction and retention, addressing alarming health statistics, and managing a mobile workforce with difficult emergency response capabilities. Critical Business Impact: Safety & liability, operational costs, workforce sustainability, regulatory compliance. Our existing customers in this segment particularly value Alan's mobile app – essential for employees constantly on the road – and fast reimbursements that directly impact purchasing power, a number‑one concern for these employees often working with lower or capped wages. What will you do with us? You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In our Transport Sales team, the average sales cycle is 6 months, dealing with companies ranging from 30 to 300 employees, with an average ARR of 150K€. Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities, handle some customer relationships, educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless. We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method. You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product, methods, and strategy. ⭐ Is it you we’re looking for? Qualifications At least 4 years of experience managing the whole Sales cycle. Full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and advanced level in English. Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills. Empathy and passion for solving prospects’ problems. Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus‑building. Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models. Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team. Eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1. Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz. For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0‑D level range.
