Ce projet est le point de départ de nombreux autres projets au sein d'Ataway. En tant que Functional Lead pour notre client, vous intégrez une équipe dédiée à la production de l'application. Les principales missions de cette équipe sont les suivantes :Assurer une qualité de service optimale à nos utilisateursTraiter les demandes de support des utilisateursPrévenir les évolutions liées à la conformité ou à la maintenance de l'applicationApprouver les mises à jour de la production (nouveau composant / correction de bug / amélioration / installation)Et vos principales missions seront :Contribuer au pilotage et à la formation des équipes de supportValider les mises à jourParticiper à des problèmes de maintenance corrective et de maintenance préventive très complexesDiscuter directement avec les clients internes pour gérer un sujet dans son ensembleCoordonner l'ensemble des projets techniques en privilégiant la gestion des campagnes de testsParticiper à la définition de la gouvernance sur les applications SaaSProfil candidat :Connaissance fonctionnelle des processus financiers d'Oracle E-Business Suite R12 et en particulier le module Receivables avec un minimum de 3 ans d'expérienceCapacité à comprendre les flux financiers des clientsConnaissance de SQLMaîtrise courante du français et de l'anglaisAtaway est fier d'être un employeur offrant l'égalité des chances et s'engage à maintenir un environnement de travail diversifié et inclusif.
