Treasury Analyst

OverviewJob Title: Treasury Analyst - Sr. AnalystLocation: REMOTECompensation: $38 – $45 / hourBenefits: This position is eligible for dental, vision and health.Our client is seeking a temporary Treasury Analyst/Sr. Analyst for a 3-month term. Ideally, the candidate will have worked at a company with a large, multi-site presence and have working knowledge/expertise with Kyriba. They are looking for a team player, who chips in where needed vs. someone who is used to just completing the same task on a daily basis. Responsibilities Kyriba experience is highly preferred Initiate and process domestic and international wire transfers, including confirmation and status updates. Assist with intercompany funding for short-term liquidity management. Compile daily cash position reports and dashboards for key stakeholders. Track and report on bank fees across multiple accounts monthly, identifying discrepancies or opportunities for savings. Pull monthly bank statements and organize them for reconciliation and reporting. Draft and process letters for bank account openings, closures, and signature/address changes – high volume given the large retail footprint. Coordinate with sites to ensure they have the necessary deposit materials, deposit cards, remote drop, etc. Process treasury-related documents for electronic signature via Docusign, ensuring timely execution and compliance. Monitor and respond to treasury-related emails, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Respond to inquiries from sites regarding banking or treasury issues Research miscellaneous cash-related issues, such as unidentified deposits or payment discrepancies. Provide support to accounting for investigations, YE, and audit support. Support the team with special projects as needed. Seeking a flexible, team player.
