We create consistent, enjoyable, and memorable experiences for our users.We are looking for a Design Ops professional to join our Digital Design team. You will report to the Design Ops Manager to optimize design processes, manage tools, and ensure efficient collaboration across teams — both embedded within product teams and at the organizational level. Your role will focus on driving the impact of design through clear processes, measurable outcomes, and a culture of collaboration. You will elevate design quality and delivery conditions within product teams while contributing to strategic Design Ops initiatives that scale practices across the organization.You will be responsible for :ResponsibilitiesElevating design practices within product teamsDesign quality, informed choices & continuous improvementDefine and promote design quality standards, including Definition of Ready / Definition of Done.Surface quality gaps through design QA or UX reviews.Support teams in making and communicating design choices informed by research, data, and field insights, aligned on the problem to solve and expected impact.Coach designers and teams to build, own, and sustain improvement plans.Define, own, and track design operations KPIs to measure progress and impact.Make design processes clear, usable, and adapted to the product context.Support Figma organization, handoff practices, and documentation.Facilitate alignment between Design, Product, and Tech through shared rituals, clear roles, and decision-making frameworks.Planning, dependencies & stakeholder coordinationMaintain a clear, shared view of design activities (roadmaps, boards, Jira/tools) within your embedded teams.Clarify priorities and dependencies across squads to support shared understanding.Help teams refocus, remove blockers, and secure outcomes through clarity and stakeholder alignmentAI-enabled design practicesIdentify and lead AI-enabled experimentation within design teamsDrive AI initiatives from opportunity framing through implementation, in partnership with designers.Operationalize AI-assisted tools or workflows that improve design quality, efficiency, or insight generation.Track and communicate outcomes of AI initiatives, aligned with company priorities and governance.Contributing to global Design Ops initiativesAs part of the broader Design Ops team, you will contribute to scaling design practices and legitimizing design impact across the organization:Promote and advocate for a design-driven culture, acting as an ambassador for design internally and externally.Define, track, and leverage key metrics to demonstrate the impact and value of design across teamsProduce data-driven case studies and insights to evidence the quality, alignment, and outcomes of Design and Ops initiatives.Enable effective cross-functional collaboration and lead workshops, rituals, and task forces to support learning, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement.Continuously improve design workflows and operational processes to support high-quality, insight-informed, and AI-augmented design at scale.Coordinate strategic design initiatives, structure and document scalable Design Ops standards, and partner across functions to ensure measurable outcomes.Scale AI-enabled practices by creating the conditions for experimentation, alignment, and adoption of shared AI practices across the organization.Qualifications & FitThis job has been tailored for you if you :You have 7+ years of experience in design, product, or design-related roles, within complex product environments.You hold a Master’s degree in Design, Business, Engineering, or a related field.You have a strong product mindset and a solid understanding of how PMs operate (discovery, backlog framing, prioritization, delivery trade-offs), without owning product strategy.You have a strong understanding of end-to-end design processes in product teams.You are structured and pragmatic, able to frame, clarify, and improve how teams work without taking ownership of delivery execution.You are comfortable working with OKRs or similar performance frameworks to structure, track, and communicate progress and impact.You are comfortable working in agile or lean environments and understand how they work in practice.You can help resolve friction between Design, Product, Tech, and stakeholders through clarity and alignment.You have hands-on experience leading AI-enabled practices or automation in a design, product, or digital context.You are fluent in English and can communicate effectively in an international environment (French is a plus).You have experience working in large, international organizations and navigating matrix environments.You have experience driving process adoption and change in product teams.You are comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Figma, and documentation platforms and supporting teams in day-to-day usage.You have experience turning operational topics (quality, workflows, AI practices) into clear outcomes and measurable progress.Compensation & BenefitsLooking to make an IMPACT with your career?When you are thinking about joining a new team, culture matters.
