About the Role As a QA Analyst for the Mirakl Connect solution, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the application in its production version and contribute to meeting service availability commitments. Since user experience is a key driver of our marketplace application, your role will be fundamental to Mirakl. Our Stack and Tools Jira, REST API, Postman During a Typical Week, You Will: Perform interface testing and web services testing (API) on new features Take charge of writing test plans as well as test specifications and their execution in our X‑Ray tool Participate in design workshops and sprint reviews to constantly ensure the quality of Mirakl's various components as well as their evolutions and updates Bring your functional vision and participate in product R&D Manage the lifecycle of detected anomalies: reporting in Jira, reproduction, ticket closure Actively contribute to the quality strategy by proposing continuous improvement actions and ensuring good test coverage Actively contribute to the automation strategy: identify priority test cases to automate, maintain and evolve the test framework, and enrich the automated test suite You'll Love This Job If: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the software publishing sector or web applications You have initial experience in test automation (Playwright, JS tools, etc.) Automation is your passion: you see the opportunity to build and grow an automated test suite as an exciting project You demonstrate a real technical appetite for API testing and e2e tests, with basic development knowledge for automation You master tools like Postman and SQL, and possess good knowledge of API testing With a creative and autonomous spirit, you can quickly grasp rich functional contexts and identify new test scenarios You're looking for an agile, dynamic, and stimulating environment where you can develop your skills Ideally, you have good functional knowledge of e-commerce You have strong reading and writing skills in English (our technical documentation is in English) Nice to Have: You are ISTQB certified We welcome collaborators with their diverse perspectives and experiences to power us forward.
