How You’ll Impact Proactive 1st Level Support – You are the first point of contact for all colleagues across our global offices, ensuring fast and solution‑oriented IT support, both on‑site and remotely. Reliable Client Management – You manage our client devices, from Windows laptops to iOS smartphones, handling rollouts, updates, and troubleshooting to keep IT running smoothly. Strong Office Infrastructure – You own the maintenance of workplace and meeting room infrastructure, covering hardware setup and audio‑visual systems. Hands‑On Project Involvement – You contribute to change initiatives and projects, optimizing our internal IT environment. Ownership of Key Processes – You conduct recurring operational tasks such as managing internal ordering processes and asset tracking. Empowered by Teamwork – You’ll join a dynamic IT team that values early responsibility and shared growth, with your ideas welcome and impact visible from day one. What You’ll Bring Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration or IT systems electronics technician, or relevant professional experience. Proven experience in end‑user support, especially in Windows environments; experience with iOS devices is an advantage. Conscientious and flexible working style with a strong sense of responsibility. Genuine enjoyment in supporting colleagues with professionalism, patience, and a service mindset. Communication confidently in the local language and business‑fluent in English.
