OEM Field Sales Engineer

Job Description Nordson Packaging, a global leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Field Sales Engineer OEM to join our team in Serris (Paris area), France. Role and Responsibilities Identify, target, and secure new OEM customers in alignment with company objectives. Expand business with existing OEM clients by promoting additional products and applications. Develop and execute customer‑specific account strategies. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long‑term agreements to ensure profitability and growth. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced business qualification is a plus. Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within OEM, industrial, or technical markets. Driving license is obliged. Professional English and French language skills are a must have. Experience in negotiating complex contracts and long‑term supply agreements. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/365 tools. Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (Value Selling, SPIN, Solution Selling).
