Essential Job Functions Manage and lead DXC Graphtalk migration architecture projects, ensuring they meet project objectives and timelines. Collaborate with DXC Graphtalk solution architects to deliver technical solutions that align with architectural standards. Participate in the definition and implementation of architectural standards and guidelines. Provide technical guidance for DXC Graphtalk migration architecture projects, helping to resolve complex issues. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that enhance efficiency and business goals. Foster collaboration within the team and with cross-functional groups. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Oversee the successful completion of DXC Graphtalk migration architecture projects and report on progress. Basic Qualifications Expertise on DXC Graphtalk language Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in insurance, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role of experience in DXC Graphtalk technology, including technical leadership roles Strong problem-solving and project management skills Effective communication and team collaboration abilities Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology Other Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus Relevant certifications At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
