Own & Build: Take charge of entire domains, spec & write clean and scalable code. Elevate Engineering Quality: Champion coding standards, eliminate systemic issues. Enable High Performing Teams: Mentor engineers of all levels and multiply the impact of each team. Optimize workflows: Spot performance bottlenecks, improve CI/CD pipelines, and push for smarter tooling. Improve Reliability & Security: Identify and address critical technical debt, failure modes and security weaknesses.
