Contexte et atouts du poste Within the framework of a partnership (you can choose between) public with the French National Research Agency (ANR) Project DEVIN, between Inria, IPBS and ILM/Ampère labs a mathematical model of extra-cellular matrix self-secreting microtumor organoids and their DNA transfection by mean of electroporation, more specifically dedicated to the multiphysics developemnt of the model in accordance with the experimental observations. Mission confiée Assignments : With the help of the members of the AIMOKA team, the recruited person will be taken to improve the current state-of the art of multiphysics spheroids growth by accounting precisely for the ECM viscoelastic phase. For a better knowledge of the proposed research subject : A state of the art, bibliography and scientific references are available at the following URL Principales activités Main activities (5 maximum) : Updated State-of-the-art Multiphysics model development Develop programs in python to compare simulations and experimental observations Write documentation Write reports Compétences Technical skills and level required : Mathematical modeling with PDE Numerical abiliyty to develop research codes in python. Ability to use freefem++ is a plus but not necessary.
