Description du poste Vous souhaitez rejoindre une équipe technique engagée, relever des défis d’envergure et jouer un rôle central dans la performance opérationnelle de notre plateforme mySOC, une solution technologique unique sur le marché, qui protège aujourd’hui plus de 300 clients en Europe ? Vos missions À la croisée du management, de l’expertise opérationnelle et de la transformation, vous êtes responsable d’une équipe au cœur de la production. Vous intervenez autant dans la stratégie opérationnelle que dans les gestes techniques critiques du quotidien en renforçant l’organisation déjà en place. Management d'équipe et Proximité Animer, fédérer et développer une équipe technique Run / MCO. Être présent(e) sur le terrain pour comprendre les enjeux, fluidifier la collaboration et faciliter la résolution des blocages. Intervenir sur les opérations complexes ou critiques grâce à votre expertise technique. Excellence opérationnelle Challenger les pratiques, identifier les inefficacités, faire progresser les processus. Garantir stabilité, performance, sécurité et disponibilité des plateformes. Suivre et piloter les indicateurs clés (SLA, OLA, MTTR…). Superviser l’intégralité du cycle incident / problème (détection, escalade, communication, post-mortem, actions correctives). Faire vivre et prioriser les backlogs opérationnels. Créativité et Disruption Proposer des solutions innovantes, automatiser, standardiser et industrialiser les pratiques Run. S’appuyer sur les bonnes pratiques (SRE, ITIL, DevOps, Lean…). Contribuer pleinement aux projets de transformation : challenge, accompagnement, vision long terme. Qualifications Alors, ce job est fait pour vous ? : Compétences techniques Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en management ou lead technique Run / Production / Exploitation. Solides connaissances techniques : systèmes, open source, virtualisation, stockage, réseau, containers, micro-services, release management… Maîtrise DevOps / SRE, processus ITIL, outils (GitLab, ServiceNow, Jira…). Sensibilité CyberSécurité et conformité (ex. ISO 27001). Qualités humaines et managériales Leadership inspirant, goût du terrain et sens du collectif. Adaptabilité face aux imprévus du Run et capacité à prendre les bonnes décisions rapidement. Créativité, audace et courage managérial pour challenger les pratiques établies. Résilience et engagement dans les périodes de crise (incidents majeurs). Esprit analytique, sens des priorités et orientation résultats. Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?
