Responsibilities Developing creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top professionals in the fields of technology, engineering, and innovation. Assisting in the creation and promotion of job advertisements across various platforms. Managing and optimising the recruitment process. Ensuring a positive experience for all candidates. Strengthening TEKEVER’s employer brand by promoting the company’s culture and values to candidates and recruitment partners. Support on Onboarding functions. Profile and Requirements Degree in Sociology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields. Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google tools. Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages. Passion for technology and innovation, with an interest in applying technological solutions in the context of human resources. Strong interest in recruitment and talent management. Resilient profile with a positive, dynamic attitude and a results‑driven approach. Ability to work effectively in a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
