Your Team At Nabla, product development is led jointly by Engineering and Product, and organized into cross‑functional squads, each focused on a specific product area. Squads bring together product managers, designers, engineers of different profiles, and domain experts, and operate with a high level of ownership.As a Senior Full‑stack Engineer, you’ll join one of these squads and contribute end‑to‑end to a specific part of the product. What You'll Do As a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer, you will take a leading role in building and scaling Nabla’s AI‑powered healthcare platform. You will work across the stack—from back‑end services to web, desktop, and mobile apps—and collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Machine Learning teams to deliver high‑impact features that directly serve healthcare professionals. You will: Lead the design and development of new product features across web, mobile, and desktop platforms Architect and optimize back‑end APIs and services to support complex product needs Drive cross‑functional projects from idea to production, collaborating closely with Product, ML, and Design teams Mentor and support junior engineers across the organization Contribute to architecture discussions, technical strategy, and best practices Proactively explore and adopt new technologies to keep our stack efficient and scalable To give you a sense of the impact: Nabla processes 10 billion tokens/month with LLMs Every week, hundreds of thousands of clinical notes are automatically generated and synced with EHRs, saving thousands of hours for clinicians Our applications support healthcare professionals in real‑time, high‑stakes clinical environments Your DNA You have 5+ years of industry experience in full‑stack or software engineering roles You have strong foundations in computer science or a related discipline You’re proficient in both back‑end languages (Java, Kotlin, Go, C++, Python, etc.) and front‑end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) You have experience leading complex projects across the stack and collaborating across multiple teams You write clean, maintainable code and have high standards for software quality You are comfortable driving architectural decisions and mentoring other engineers You communicate clearly in English Bonus: experience with a native applications language (Swift, Kotlin, Rust, C#, etc) Our stack Frontend: TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, Swift, Rust, Electron. Backend: Kotlin / JVM, GraphQL, PostgreSQL. ML & Infra: Python, PyTorch, Slurm, GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes. Where you'll be based Our offices are based in Paris 3e (Arts & Métiers). Remote policy: 1‑2 days a week (with some flexibility). Possibility of working remotely 1‑2 weeks once a year.
