L'outil de Gestion de la Maintenance Assistée par Ordinateur (GMAO) est stratégique, au cœur de toutes les opérations de maintenance, et indispensable à la performance opérationnelle. Le projet MMQD (Maximo Master Quality Data) est un projet ambitieux ayant pour objectif de structurer et mettre en place les informations nécessaires aux opérations de Maintenance dans l'outil de GMAO (Structuration des sites industriels, processus de production, équipements industriels, pièces de rechanges, plans de maintenance, gammes de maintenance...). Tous les domaines de compétence sont concernés (mécanique, électricité, instrumentation, traitement de l'eau, canalisations, réglementation locale, réglementation AL,...). L'objectif de votre mission, en collaboration avec le coordinateur de maintenance GMAO, est de mettre en place les plans de maintenance optimaux, respectant les exigences définies par les Experts techniques du groupe Air Liquide, sur votre périmètre.* Construire et harmoniser les plans de maintenance des différents sites de la région, qui seront implémentés dans la base de données GMAO “MAXIMO”, en collaboration avec les organisations locales (techniciens, coordinateur de maintenance et experts) et cluster ;* Collecter les informations techniques nécessaires à leur construction (dans les documentations techniques, auprès des techniciens de maintenance, des responsables de production et de maintenance, ou directement sur site) ;* Analyser les plans de maintenance existants dans la GMAO, les plans de maintenance cibles recommandés par les Experts techniques du groupe Air Liquide ;* Proposer au site les plans de maintenance pertinents en prenant en compte les spécificités du site et les différents outils ;* Organiser le projet sur son périmètre ;* Participer aux activités de maintenance de la région (grands arrêts, revues d’expertises) ;* Élaborer et perfectionner les outils de reporting de KPI ;* Déplacements sur les différents sites de la région.Cette mission permettra au candidat d'intégrer une entreprise industrielle solide et performante, de découvrir un ou des sites industriels de production, s'intégrer aux équipes de maintenance et de développer des compétences d'analyse, de manipulation de base de données, de connaissances en maintenance, en GMAO, en stratégie de maintenance, communication et d'animation de réunion.* Ecole d'ingénieur ou master technique* Intérêt pour le monde de l'industrie et de la maintenance* Capacité à travailler en équipe et en réseau, tout en étant autonome* Compétences suites bureautiques et en particulier Google Suite (Google Sheet)* Intérêt pour la manipulation de bases de données* Aisance relationnelle* Rigueur et méthode* Anglais* Permis B obligatoire**Our Differences make our Performance** At Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.We welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
