Technical Leader – Hologarde Location: Orly (France) Contract: CDI Type: Full‑time Overview Hologarde is a 100 % subsidiary of Groupe ADP that develops solutions for low‑altitude airspace control, drone protection, and collaborative drone management. As a Technical Leader you will contribute to the Hologarde Clearance solution and lead technical decisions within an agile Scrum team. Responsibilities Define the technical solution to user needs and ensure architectural coherence and code quality. Participate in all development phases: requirements, design, coding, testing, and release. Develop backend services in Python/Django and frontend components in Vue.js. Maintain the application and create new features while ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. Set up and maintain Dev‑to‑Prod environments, CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and monitoring. Resolve incidents, streamline operations, and collaborate with other technical leads. Provide proactive technical vision and contribute to knowledge sharing. Apply security and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle. Maintain operational readiness of the platform. Qualifications Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or related field. At least 5 years of experience in a similar technical leadership role. Strong communication skills, ability to think strategically, and a proactive mindset. Curiosity, continuous learning, and willingness to share knowledge. Experience in the aviation sector and drone regulations is a plus.
