Care Ops is accountable for operational excellence and efficiency in Care, enabling the Community to scale without compromising user experience. Missions Efficiency & Performance Monitoring: Conduct deep dives into monitoring (SLAs, ticket-level framework), share actionable findings, identify scalable gaps, prioritize solutions (automation, externalization, AI), and push needs to Product crews. Contact Experience: Pilot new contact channel projects (direct phone line for large deals and digitally challenged members); support globalisation of Alan’s contacting experience and anticipate impacts for the Care Community. Tooling: Identify & prioritize non‑scalable processes, propose tool‑powered solutions (automation, AI), collaborate with Product to improve tooling stack, lead implementation of new processes, evangelise AI, own tooling stack, manage external partnerships & RFP processes.
