Senior System Administrator – JIRA JSM Cloud / Atlassian Tools Regnology is a leading technology firm focused on regulatory reporting for over 35,000 financial institutions. Responsibilities Perform day‑to‑day technology operations and integrations to ensure constant availability, integrity, security, and end‑user satisfaction. Standard configuration, user administration, security, workflow, data management, automations, and integrations for Atlassian applications such as Jira, Confluence, and other tools. Technical implementation of maintenance tasks for Atlassian Tools and their interfaces to other applications (e.g., Okta, GitLab). Configure Jira reporting, dashboards, workflows, fields, and apps. Support colleagues by troubleshooting Jira issues and implementing requested changes. Qualifications Successfully completed university studies in computer science or a related field. 4+ years of experience in a similar role handling Atlassian Datacenter or/and Cloud products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket). Programming skills in Groovy or similar. Very good English skills. High interest in continuous learning and development (new tools, technologies, methodologies). Customer‑oriented and self‑motivated mindset. Experience in ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem management) and service management topics is advantageous. Located in France.
