Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer with a strong Android or iOS background to join our CarCutter Engineering team at Diffusely, working on our B2B automotive product line in Paris. About The Team And Products Our CarCutter team is dedicated to revolutionizing image enhancement and editing through cutting‑edge AI. CarCutter is an advanced mobile‑based and web‑based platform that offers state‑of‑the‑art tools to streamline and enhance the image editing workflow. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the CarCutter mobile app, including legacy code and new feature design. Shape technical decisions on architecture, tooling, and quality standards (testing strategy, CI/CD, monitoring). Write clean, maintainable, and testable code and actively contribute to code reviews and the release process. Work closely with Product and Design to turn specifications into performant, robust features that bring real value to customers. Be a technical reference for the team in your area of expertise: product conception, technical architecture, benchmarking state‑of‑the‑art solutions and sharing best practices. Share responsibility with your squad for the full lifecycle of the features you build—from product discovery and definition to delivery, monitoring, and impact measurement. Collaborate with other engineers at CarCutter on the broader software architecture landscape, ensuring the mobile stack integrates well into the overall ecosystem. Minimum Qualifications / Skills 5+ years of mobile development experience (Android & iOS), with at least one published app on the App Store and/or Google Play. 1+ years of production experience with Flutter. Experience with libraries such as sqflite, get_it, bloc/cubit, rxdart, Firebase, Datadog. Experience with Firebase (Firestore, Storage, Auth, Cloud Functions). Hands‑on experience with platform channels (Android/iOS) to bridge Flutter with native code. Strong Git practices (branching strategy, pull requests, code reviews). Comfort with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.). Strong learning mindset and a desire to mentor, pair, and help teammates grow. Our infrastructure runs on AWS.
