At DermaScan we tackle one of today's most pressing health challenges: skin—over the past 30 years, skin cancer cases have increased fivefold while the number of dermatologists in France has dropped by 20%. The entire healthcare ecosystem is sounding the alarm. By combining an innovative patient journey with cutting‑edge advances in hardware and AI, DermaScan is building the first network of centers fully dedicated to early skin cancer detection. At DermaScan we envision a world where skin cancer is always caught early, giving everyone the best chance for effective treatment. Founded in September 2024 by Florian Legris (CEO) and Hadrien Lepage (CTO), both repeat entrepreneurs, DermaScan is built to make a lasting impact on public health. DermaScan is backed by Hexa (eFounders), the pioneer startup studio in Europe that has launched 35 companies—including unicorns like Front, Aircall, and Spendesk—combining 230M ARR and 750M raised. By joining us you’ll play a key role in redefining skin cancer prevention and shaping the future of healthcare. Responsibilities Build, design, and maintain DermaScan’s software stack—from the core web app to the mobile app, supporting tools, and data pipelines. Work directly with our users (doctors, nurses, patients) to translate real‑world needs into seamless digital solutions. Collaborate closely with the Hardware and AI teams to ensure seamless integration across systems. Contribute to technical architecture decisions and shape our engineering culture.
