Payroll Partner (France - Remote) As a key member of the HR Services team, you will support payroll operations for France, ensuring compliance, quality service, and a positive employee experience. In this role, you will: Manage assigned caseload for Tier 1 payroll requests, ensuring SLAs and service quality standards are exceeded. Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries from regional EMEA Associate Groups, focusing on France and supporting other countries as needed. Manage the full payroll cycle: collect, validate and input payroll data, ensuring timely salary payments in compliance with statutory regulations. Coordinate with external payroll vendors for accurate calculations and timely submission of social security contributions, taxes, and other statutory requirements. Collaborate with HR and finance during monthly payroll activities, updating HRIS and communicating personnel changes. Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance, and maintain robust internal controls. Correspond with tax authorities, health insurance providers, and other relevant institutions. Process supplementary insurance and pension plans. Prepare payroll reports, certificates, and reconcile accounts with finance for annual statements. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of proven payroll experience. Deep knowledge of local labor, tax, and social security regulations in France; additional country knowledge is a plus. Experience working with multicultural, international teams and collaborating with Finance and HR partners. Strong confidentiality and communication skills. Problem‑solving and results‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in French and English; additional European languages are welcomed.
