Competitive pay and access to equity. In London, the annual salary ranges from £151,436 to £250,512; elsewhere in Europe, €145,430 to €240,330. Compensation varies by location and expected impact and grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into greater contributions. For exceptional capability, compensation may exceed these ranges. Permanent contracts may include equity at a discounted price. Relocating to Italy may enjoy a 50% tax cut.
