How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW at Air Liquide? You will be the main contributor during the early stages of the project (pre‑FEED, FEED, EP, EPC), ensuring that constructibility considerations are taken into account from the outset. You collaborate closely with engineering, project management, procurement and on‑site construction teams to influence design through practical, on‑site focused knowledge. You will also ensure that construction activities are properly anticipated (in terms of schedule, budget, strategy). You will contribute to the development of construction tools and methodologies (planning, progress measuring, quality tracking). You will provide site support as needed, in the context of business travels and from your office. You will join a dedicated team whose mission is to deliver large industrial projects supporting the energy transition, within a safety‑centric corporate culture. In an international, dynamic context, our team is currently growing fast. Under the responsibility of the construction department head you will integrate a team of 35 people based in Europe. Are you a MATCH? Develop constructibility studies during the design phase, focusing on layout, access, lifting strategy, pre‑assembly, modularisation and sequencing. Define and support construction strategies and prepare construction schedules and execution plans. Identify construction risks at the start of the design process and propose improvement solutions. Optimize design in collaboration with engineering teams to improve efficiency, safety and cost of execution on site. Leverage lessons learned (REX) from past projects and integrate best practices. Support information requests, tenders and bidding processes by providing construction information and technical documentation. Actively participate in design reviews, HAZOP meetings and interdisciplinary coordination meetings. Support sites as needed on a case‑by‑case basis. Contribute to the training of construction teams and recruitment.
