Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial operations in a fast-growing company, including finance accounting, taxation, cashflow, budgeting and internal control aspects.Drive month-end/year-end closings, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual planning, financial auditing and reporting, and provide financial advisory to leadership.Lead tax strategy and tax management with professional skills, execute timely filing, deadline tracking and compliance updates. Implement best-practice compliance process and proactively update procedures when regulation changes.Lead deployment of financial and tax software systems to automate routine tasks and elevate finance service quality.Work closely and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, internal finance teams and external partners, to support company growth, business operations and department performance for areas of responsibility.Design and deliver financial and tax training internally to empower the finance and commercial teams.Required skills, qualifications and experienceMinimum 7 years’ experience in big4(or equivalent) or in-house corporate tax/accounting in automobile industry.DEC preferred, DSCG-qualified with evidence of hands-on tax compliance responsibilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, fast-paced and detail-driven environment.Native in Chinese.
