Roles & Responsibilities Deliver end‑to‑end analytics projects: scope requests with stakeholders, build dashboards, run analyses and experiments, and conduct discovery work to inform business decisions. Own the data needs for one or more business areas or product domains, becoming a trusted data partner for your stakeholders. Build and maintain dashboards following best‑in‑class practices, contributing to ongoing BI consolidation effort to reduce dashboard sprawl and improve data discoverability. Ensure adoption of your work: make sure your analyses and dashboards are understood, used, and lead to concrete actions by your stakeholders. Contribute to enabling self‑service analytics by creating clear data models and documentation that help stakeholders answer their own questions. Career Paths Business Analytics – Support Corporate and Operations teams (Finance, Strategy, Customer Care, Operations). 70% BI, 30% ad‑hoc analysis. Product Analytics – Support Product stakeholders. 50–60% BI, moving toward strategic analysis. Team & Managers Alma – Senior Manager Business Analytics, leads Corporate & Ops team. Ida – Senior Manager Product Analytics, leads Product Analytics team. Both report to Daniele, Head of Data. What We Expect & About You SQL proficiency – comfortable writing complex SQL queries. BI experience – built dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Stakeholder management – worked with multiple stakeholders, managed competing priorities. Ownership mindset – follow up and iterate based on feedback. Project delivery and communication – break projects into steps, manage timelines, communicate progress. Hiring Process Interviews with Talent Acquisition Manager and future managers. A remote or live exercise to demonstrate your skills. Average process lasts 20 working days and offers usually follow within 48 hours.
