Our mission is to help the MedTech industry foster medical innovation and improve health care.More concretely, we support any kind of organisation (practitioners, startups, SMEs, big companies) in the development and certification of their medical technologies.In a nutshell:A (small) team of 20 people (24-52 years old) always ready to help each other (and play table football);40+ projects in parallel every month;150+ clients in BeNeLux, France, USA, Japan, Finland, …In order to answer the constantly growing demand from current and future clients, we are looking for R&D Engineers to reinforce our team in La Rochelle (France).The job is open-ended, to be filled immediately.Practically, what will you do?Your mission will be to:Support the development team in the design and prototyping of new products;Manage tests campaigns;Prepare technical documentation for notified bodies, FDA, competent authorities;Coordinate projects for our clients;Support the QA/RA team in the setup of quality management systems and regulatory watch.How?We perform projects for our clients in our office in La Rochelle. Sometimes we go to our clients' premises for kick-off and follow-up meetings and for audits. Some clients want to see us once a week, others are located thousands of kilometers from our office and only see us on Teams. This means that we spend most of our time at the office, together with the team.What about the team?Our members are gathered in two teams: the Product Development team and the Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (QA/RA) team. The R&D Engineer can be part of both teams, depending on the ongoing projects. As such, it guarantees a great overview of different types of projects and nature of activities.Examples of projects:Design and development of interventional cardiology therapy platform and realization of in vivo testing;Establishment of development plans for software with therapeutic purposes;Support for competent authority inspection at our client;Process validation for cleaning and packaging;Preparation of technical documents for CE mark and FDA clearance.In order to be ready for this new adventure, you will need:A background or education in medical devices or IVD design and development;Good acquaintance with the medtech regulatory framework in EU and US;Strong organizational skills to be able to run multiple projects in parallel and switch from one to another rapidly;To speak French and English to communicate with our clients and our cosmopolitan team;To make clients' satisfaction a priority by combining quality and professionalism;Driving license.Every seniority level is welcomeYou start your career?
