Flight Instructor

Overview Aterim, a leading global provider of staff leasing, contractor hosting, and recruitment, is hiring for multiple Flight Instructors for a freelance and full-time contract to be based in Montpellier, France on behalf of Airways Aviation. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality flight instruction to aspiring pilots, providing comprehensive and engaging lessons in accordance with EASA regulations and industry best practices. Conduct ground school sessions to cover theoretical aspects of flight training, ensuring students gain a strong theoretical foundation. Tailor training programs to meet individual student needs, providing personalized guidance and support throughout their learning journey. Instill safety as a top priority, mentoring students on safe aviation practices and emergency procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, evaluations, and flight hours. Requirements Current EASA Flight Instructor License, enabling you to share your aviation expertise confidently. CRI/IRM qualification, reflecting proficiency in instructing and offering Instrument Rating training. Minimum of 500 hours of Flight Time. Experience on DA42 Diamond aircraft highly appreciated. Military experience is valued. Immediate availability to join the team. Willingness to relocate to Montpellier, France. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment. Fluent in English. Outstanding technical and organizational skills for smooth flight instruction.
