Sales Administrator

Join to apply for the Sales Administrator (CDD) role at INKcredible Design & Printing We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Wholesale Team, which manages global partners reselling Ledger products to the end consumer (e.g., BestBuy, Fnac). The role is primarily located in Vierzon, but with occasional travel to the Paris office. In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales fulfillment journey and serve as the central operational link for our resellers and internal stakeholders. Start date: ASAP Initial length: 9 months What you'll be doing Being responsible for the end-to-end sales fulfillment journey including invoicing, payment, shipment, delivery Creating orders in our back-office system Acting as the key operational point of contact for our resellers and distributors, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction Ensuring good coordination between different departments including accounting, production, design, e-commerce, shipping, logistics, legal Managing qualification & onboarding of new resellers Co-developing tools and process improvements to build automated workflows and lay the foundation for AI integration Reporting on key activity metrics to ensure data integrity and track performance What we’re looking for Fluent written and verbal skills in English is a must have A good French level is required Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders Someone who is organized, rigorous and meticulous in their work and able to ensure a high level of performance Proactive mindset with the ability to own the sales admin process, flag inconsistencies, and suggest solutions Agility and adaptability to navigate process changes, automation, and the introduction of AI tools Previous experience in sales administration is a plus Benefits Flexible work options - Our hybrid policy allows employees to work from home up to 3 times per week Health & Wellness support - Health and Life Insurance Financial growth opportunities - Employees can become shareholders in Ledger as well as other financial benefits depending on your country of work Commuter allowance - Ledger offers a commuter allowance to contribute to your preferred means of transportation Learning & Development - A comprehensive suite of training solutions providing a personalised learning experience for every employee For regionally specific benefits, your Talent Acquisition contact will be able to provide you with more information.
