AI Engineer / Specialist (Neelima backfill) – Offshore role Qualitest acq is looking for an AI Engineer / Specialist to join our quality assurance team. Responsibilities Improve test data integrity within SAP by extending the use of the existing Test Data Tool (Qlik Gold Client) into the operational and project areas. Build data assets to support understanding of data linkage across integrated systems and platforms, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations. Develop common API and integration test automation to support cross‑vertical/multi‑project validation in SIT and PRE tracks, reducing manual testing costs and improving quality. Review and enhance the existing automation framework to support ongoing and new automation build demands. Expand utilization of the Qualisence AI tool beyond SAP, enabling AI testing strategy and capability within the YW QA function. Improve metrics and reporting to better measure effectiveness of testing efforts. Implement AI models for test script duplication removal, data‑driven execution, test case prioritization, and defect prediction to identify high‑priority defects earlier. Collaborate closely with YW 3rd Party Partner (Inpired) and YW TDMs. Support lead in reviewing current set‑up and processes, advising best practices and efficiencies for the problem statement above. Workstreams Test Data (WS1) Documentation relating to data linkage and PII elements across YorBill, CRM, GIS & SAP S4HANA. Refresh scripts/processes for integrated systems. Tools for non‑SAP data. Extension of Qlik Gold Client into operational and project areas of SAP. Test Automation Framework Review (WS2) Review of existing automation framework (fit for now, fit for future). Implementation of improvements. Product backlog for future needs. Common API and Integration Test Automation (WS3) Documentation of structure & purpose. Ownership documentation within QA regions & change review procedures. Automation regression pack build‑out. KPI Revisit, Dashboard Capture & ADO GT (WS4) Review currently reported KPIs and metrics; recommend improvements. Create PowerBI dashboards for KPI capture and presentation for Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile SDLC projects. Create PowerBI dashboards for non‑SDLC projects (e.g., infrastructure, security, operational technology & TEM/DEAP). Review proposed ADO Golden Thread from AMP7 YR5. AI Tooling & Testing Capability (WS5) Define and implement AI testing strategy. Roadmap to deliver AI testing capability (training/up‑skilling of existing resources). Extend Qualisense into customer and ops/data portfolios.
