With our passionate team members and an international presence (France (HQ), Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Canada, Colombia), we combine expertise, innovation and client service excellence.In a context of continued growth, we are looking for a SuccessFactors Consultant specialized in Employee Central & Onboarding 2.0, to support projects in France and Switzerland.📌 Location: Paris, France✈️ Occasional business travel in France and Switzerland (or other countries depending on the project needs)🏢 Minimum 1 day per week at the Paris officeYour Main ResponsibilitiesSuccessFactors Employee Central (EC – Core HR module)SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0Your Responsibilities Will IncludeParticipate in and support SuccessFactors implementation projects in France and Switzerland mainlyDesign, prototype and configure Employee Central and Onboarding solutionsContribute to workshops with HR stakeholders and business teamsOrganize and execute tests, cutover and go-live activitiesSupport change management, user adoption and knowledge transferDeliver user training sessionsProvide post go-live support and continuous improvementYou May Also Be Involved InPre-sales activitiesDevelopment and evolution of Arago’s HRIS offersPromotion of our expertise through internal or external eventsYour profileBachelor’s Degree in HR, HRIS, Information Systems or related fieldJunior profile with initial experience on SuccessFactors projectsCertified SuccessFactors Employee CentralCertified SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0Solid knowledge of Employee Central (EC – Core HR) is mandatoryStrong interest and hands-on experience in Onboarding / Onboarding 2.0Fluent French is mandatory, English is required to work with Swiss and international stakeholdersStrong customer orientation and problem-solving mindsetGood organizational and planning skillsAbility to work in an international and multicultural environmentWhy join us?CollaborationTrust & engagementExcellenceWe OfferExposure to France & Switzerland HRIS projectsContinuous learning and expertise developmentWork on high-value Employee Central & Onboarding deploymentsA dynamic, fast-growing and international environment👥 Recruitment processHR interviewInterview with a ManagerInterview with a Country Delivery Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
