As a Business Manager at Advipro, you will join the management team and help optimize the growth already achieved and future growth.You will help drive Advipro to develop new ideas and grow our business.You have a critical view on existing strategic processes, you detect bottlenecks in our operations and know how to eliminate them.You offer appropriate guidance and coaching to employees and promote their involvement in the A-team. In short, you are a real people manager.You have a nose for talent and can select the right new team members.You maintain a smooth and professional communication style towards the team and customers.
